Corporate Activities
Treasuring the Word Ministries International is an I.R.S. recognized 501(c)(3) religious education corporation committed to "taking the whole counsel of God to the whole world." To aid and accomplish this endeavor, Treasuring the Word Ministries International, Inc. engages in the following activities:
Educates in English Bible History
 Treasuring the Word maintains a rare Bible and book museum in Sevierville, Tennessee that displays in an interactive, chronological format the history of the origination of our English language Scriptures. In conjunction with this museum is a display by Bibles International, the Bible Society of Baptist Mid-Missions, explaining their present-day ministry of foreign language Bible translation and literacy services work.
To further educate in English Bible history, traveling displays of portions of the rare Bible and book collection in conjunction with lectures on English Bible history are available to churches, schools, civic groups, libraries, etc. Contact us if you are interested in scheduling a meeting for your organization.

Supports Bible Translation Work
 Though Treasuring the Word Ministries International does not engage directly in Bible translation work, we are committed, in cooperation with Bibles International, to providing a conservative, “heart language” translation of the Scriptures for those people groups who lack such.
Treasuring the Word is especially interested in prayerfully and financially supporting those who are training for the ministry of conservative Bible translation work.

Provides Bible Study Tools
 When appropriate and able, Treasuring the Word provides Bible study tools to institutions and individuals training for missionary work and/or the Bible preaching/teaching ministry. We are especially interested in aiding those whose resources are limited due to their economic condition or those who have accessibility to closed or restricted countries in which western missionaries are prevented from serving.
These tools would include any type of literature or media that enhances one’s understanding of the Scriptures, one’s personal relationship with God, and/or one’s service for God. When appropriate Treasuring the Word Ministries International will prayerfully and financially support projects translating Bible study tools into foreign languages when those tools are not yet available in that particular language.

Publishes Rare, Out-of-Print Works
 What was once a modern work, written and published in its day for its day, gradually becomes a rare, out-of-print work over time. These works are, by nature, hard to find with limited copies available. Even when available, these works are usually quite expensive to purchase making them cost prohibitive to the average reader. Rare, out-of-print works are also usually difficult to read.
Because language develops and changes over time, what was once modern language, when the work was originally written and published, becomes less modern over time. These character qualities of rare, out-of-print works become problematic when one considers much good and profitable material becomes inaccessible and falls into disuse. Regrettably, this is especially true when the work's content addresses crucial Bible truths relevant to the spiritual well-being of mankind.
Treasuring the Word solves the problems associated with rare, out-of-print works by revising and publishing. Revising solves the difficult-to-read-language issue by maintaining as much of the author's original material, yet, editing the old work to speak with a "modern voice" the language of today's reader. Publishing solves the hard-to-find, expensive-to-purchase issues by making available to the reading public in appropriate formats and quantities these revised works.
